Stefanie works with both children and adults. Most of her counseling work focuses on attachment and working towards fulfilling relationships. Stefanie takes an integrative approach to counseling, drawing on a variety of theoretical approaches to best meet each client's needs.  Stefanie takes a trauma informed perspective when working with individuals and utilizes Lifespan Integration therapy, a gentle, trauma informed, somatic based therapy for creating change.

Jolyn specializes in family systems, she works with individuals, couples, and families to explore and strengthen the connections that matter most. Her approach is rooted in narrative therapy, helping clients reshape the stories they tell about themselves and their relationships. She also draws on emotion-focused techniques to deepen emotional awareness and foster compassionate understanding.

She chose this career because she believes that relationships have the power to change the world. By helping clients develop healthier, more meaningful relationships, her hope is to

support lasting positive change that radiates beyond the therapy room.

She earned her bachelor’s in psychology from Western Washington University and a

Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. Jolyn completed her internship at Columbia Community Church. Integrating faith into sessions with clients was an edifying and valuable experience. She offers integration of Christian faith into therapy sessions upon request.

In Jolyn's free time she enjoys geocaching, watching movies, having game nights with her family, or enjoying a glass of wine with a friend.
