Stefanie works with both children and adults. Most of her counseling work focuses on attachment and working towards fulfilling relationships. Stefanie takes an integrative approach to counseling, drawing on a variety of theoretical approaches to best meet each client's needs.  Stefanie takes a trauma informed perspective when working with individuals and utilizes Lifespan Integration therapy, a gentle, trauma informed, somatic based therapy for creating change.

Abby works with individuals across the lifespan who are seeking counseling for a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem/ identity, and trauma. Abby previously worked with children, teens, and young adults impacted by adverse childhood experiences, and she has a passion for helping them and their families move forward together.

Abby uses a person centered approach that focuses on building a strong relationship between client and counselor. Abby uses warmth, active listening, curiosity, humor, and a nonjudgmental stance to help clients identify their inner resources and external supports as a part of the healing process. Abby draws from approaches such as CBT, ACT, family systems, and attachment based theories to help clients discover patterns and pursue the actions they are wanting to take.
